This place served as a great home base for exploring the area, with everything you need nearby, including a mini market 🛒. The breakfast here was top-notch with a great variety of delicious food to choose from.

Early check-in and well-kept room with love seat as well as coffee table. Nice and unbeatable location of the hotel, next to all eateries and stadium and areas for food or entertaining and Harbor and Washington.

We got queen room with breakfast and loved it.

The room we stayed in was spacious and updated with a refrigerator. The location was great, just a short stroll away from a historic 3-building gallery. It was close to convention centers and banks.

We loved that it was so close to Arena for our concert.

We really would have liked to stay in the main hotel, the West Tower rooms seemed a bit small and outdated.

The location was fairly close to the inner harbor, which was nice. The room was clean, the beds comfy, and everyone was very nice and helpful. The food was great (both breakfast and room service for dinner). The pool was wonderful!

Figuring out parking was a bit tricky- the key is to pull up in front of the lobby for check-in, then you can park in the garage under the building. The building itself is rather old, the elevators are really bumpy and the door knob on our door fell off.

The stay here was great with a satisfying breakfast for the price paid, well-kept rooms that felt brand new, equipped with coffee and a nice shower.

Location and the price was right. Staff was friendly and helpful compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the same area.

Desk staff were helpful. Hotel was close to the conference center. The bed was comfortable. Parking attached to the hotel. Coffee shop in lobby.

Overpriced for what you get. Our room was noisy - next to the elevator - and hallway noise was easily audible. At three different times, the ice machine did not work. Housekeeping staff need better training or supervision. Coffee supplies were not replenished the first day. The room was not thoroughly cleaned or checked - I found a plastic flower and a USB cable under a table. Parking seemed overpriced. Elevators were small and waits seemed long.

Stayed here for one night and it was just perfect! The location near the Harbour was so convenient 🌊. The service was top-notch and the food was pretty good. Bonus points for onsite parking!
